Yuletide.

Yeah, it's early. There are new mods this year, taking over from Elyn, and they've expanded the schedule a bit.

Also, I'm pretty sure this will be good news for some of you: there's a New Mods Amnesty and anyone who's been banned in the past for defaulting can participate again this year.

Daily Happiness

1. So yesterday a card appeared in the screen door saying they'd tried to deliver a parcel (which is utter bullshit as I was here the entire time and there wasn't even a knock, let alone an attempt at the doorbell, but par for the course with Australia Post these days). Chris took me by the post office on his way to work this morning, and yay, it was a parcel of Sally Hansen nail polishes I was expecting. This range is normally about $16 each, and I snaffled a dozen of them for $4 each. Very chuffed. Now I have lots of pretty new polishes to play with. (Because what I needed was totes more nailpolish. Yup yup.)

2. The parental units very much enjoyed their dinner last night (I think I've converted my mother to the joy of slow-cookers, too). They'll be here for lunch again today, too - yay :)

3. Provided the GM is feeling up to it, there will be D&D tonight! Also yay!
