I am way too tired to write a sensible entry right now, but check out an upcoming comic->film adaptation that nobody's been talking about... until now.

Snowpiercer, starring Chris Evans, Tilda Swinton, John Hurt, Jamie Bell, Alison Pill, Ed Harris and Octavia Spencer. It's an adaptation of Transperceneige, a French-language comic (which I haven't read). Post-apocalyptic sci-fi, though drama rather than action I think. It looks pretty damn amazing. I really hope this gets a wide release.
