Just the same, only completely different.

Claudia Black as Mike Weston, for two main reasons: Mike's emotional journey from Repressed Professional with Issues to Person With Emotions (and who can actually express them sometimes) really has echoes of Aeryn Sun, to me, and I think Claudia could really pull off the same kind of vibe that Mike has. And more importantly, Claudia Black is awesome and I want her on my TV screen more.

Jennifer Garner as Fiona Glennane. I kind of wanted to cast Ben Browder as Fi, but I'm saving him for another recast, and I think Jennifer Garner would be pretty much awesome. She's gorgeous, as Fi is canonically meant to be, and I think she could comfortably cover the relaxed bon vivant side of Fi, as well as her violent tendencies.

Angela Bassett as Sam Axe, though the backstory would need to be fudged a bit to allow a female Sam to be something equivalent to a retired SEAL. Does anybody doubt that this woman could have been a SEAL? Didn't think so.
Plus I think I'd recast Clare Danes as Nat Weston, Mike's annoying and irresponsible younger sister, and Bruce Greenwood as the surviving Weston parent. Mostly because imagining Bruce Greenwood playing a male equivalent of Maddy amuses the hell out of me.
That was fun! Now let's recast NCIS Los Angeles!

Ben Browder as G Callen, since Browder could easily carry off both G's relaxed teasing and bickering, and the srs emo manpain, and he's a much better actor than Chris O'Donnell to boot.

Gina Torres as Sam Hanna, and I'm pretty sure I don't have to explain at all.

Zoe Saldana as Kensi Blye, because she is hot, and tough, and awesome.

Julia Stiles as Marty Deeks, because I would pretty much love to see her and Zoe Saldana constantly pulling each others' pigtails.

Bill Nighyas Henry Lange, because he's got the same sort of mix of gravitas and impishness as Linda Hunt, and he's the only actor with a hope of making me love a recast Hetty as much as I love the real thing.
I'm a little stumped for Eric and Nell, though. Hrm.
