Name a TV show series in which you have seen every episode at least twice
Firefly (because it's so short); Dark Angel (although I think I may have skipped some of season 2 when I rewatched it). Nearly NCIS; I've seen everything in Season 1-5 twice, but I haven't rewatched 6 & 7 yet.
Name a (current) show you can't miss
NCIS, Castle, Leverage, Burn Notice.
Name an actor that would make you more inclined to watch a show
Claudia Black, Ben Browder, Nathan Fillion, Gina Torres, Katee Sackhoff.
Name an actor who would make you less likely to watch a show
Anyone with excessive manpain. (Cast of Lost, I'm looking at you.)
Name a show you can, and do, quote from
Futurama and the Simpsons, mostly.
Name a show you like that no one else enjoys:
There aren't any, really.
Name a TV show which you've been known to sing the theme song
The Simpsons. *shame*
Name a show you would recommend everyone to watch
Futurama. I want to say Farscape, here, but I know not everyone likes genre shows.
Name a TV series you own
Hah. :)
Okay: Star Trek TNG, DS9, Voyager, Enterprise. Dark Angel. Buffy the Vampire Slayer. Firefly. Farscape. Futurama. NCIS. Leverage. Red Dwarf. 3-4 seasons each of Alias, The Simpsons, Family Guy.
What is your favourite episode of your favourite series?
Well, it's almost impossible to compare, say, the best Farscape episodes to the best NCIS or Futurama or Castle episodes, because they're all very different shows. Overall, I'll go with Die Me, Dichotomy, the season 2 ender for Farscape.
A show you mean to watch, but you just haven't gotten around to yet
Merlin.
Ever quit watching a show because it was so bad?
I don't know about "bad", but failed to hold my interest, or annoyed me? Definitely.
Name a show you aren't interested in watching, not in the least
Almost all reality TV.
Name a show that's made you cry multiple times
Farscape.
Oldest TV show you like?
Star Trek: The Next Generation.
Oh, wait - MASH beats that :)
Newest TV show you like?
Castle. I had high hopes for both White Collar and NCIS:LA, but they're both rather disappointing.
What do you eat when you watch TV?
A meal, if it's a mealtime. I don't automatically eat while watching TV.
How often do you watch TV?
3-5 days a week for an hour or so at a time.
Do you have a favorite talk show?
No.
What's the last TV show you watched?
NCIS 7.12, a couple of days ago, and I shall probably watch a couple of episodes of Chuck season 2 shortly, as I'm trying to catch up.
What's your favourite/preferred genre of TV?
Non-comedies with comedy elements. Eg NCIS and Castle - procedural + comedy. Farscape - sci-fi drama + comedy. Leverage - action thriller + comedy.
What's your least favourite genre of TV?
Reality TV.
What was the first TV show you were obsessed with?
Red Dwarf.
What TV show do you wish you never watched?
I generally have a low tolerance for shows I'm not enjoying, so I don't watch stuff unless I actively want to watch it -- but I don't regret checking stuff out, even if it doesn't make the cut.
What's the weirdest show you enjoyed?
I vaguely remember thinking Kenny Everett's Video Show was hilarious, when I was five.
What TV show scared you the most?
The British adaptation of Day of the Triffids, which still gives me nightmares (literally), nearly 30 years later.
What is the funniest TV show you have ever watched?
On the whole, probably Futurama, but nothing's ever made me laugh like the very funniest bits of Family Guy.
Which do you think is the best TV series ever made?
"Best"? Wow. I don't like making that kind of judgement call.
I think I'd have to say Farscape.
