This pretty much sums up my attitude to Google+. I'm really rather keen to try it - if anyone can hook me up I'd be forever grateful.

Incidentally, this cnet article covers a way to get your friends in on Google+ even if you don't have invites to share.

Edit: I am all hookéd up, with thanks to generous friends. I'm not sure if there's an easy way to link to my profile; if you're there and wish to connect, PM me for my gmail addy if you don't know it already.
