Oooh, quiche! I should definitely try quiche - what a good idea, thankyou :) And I'll definitely try the pastryless quiche; that will cut down the hassle no end.

And yeah, when I first started this project I was all about cutting down on carbs; now my focus is more on cutting down *and* switching to low GI stuff. It's a work in progress.
